OUR OBJECTIVES ARE THE FOLLOWING:

 

1.         To assist in getting as many qualified buyers as possible into your house until it is sold!

2.         To communicate to you weekly and make you aware of everything  with regard to the sale of your home.

3.         To assist you in negotiating the highest dollar value between you and the buyer.

 

The following are the steps that we take to get a home sold:

THE PRO-ACTIVE APPROACH

 

1.      Submit your home to our Multiple Listing Service.

2.      Price your home competitively… to open the market versus  narrowing the market.

3.      Promote your home at the company sales meetings.

4.      Develop a list of features of your home for the broker’s to use with their potential buyers.

5.      Submit to Company Website, newspaper and magazine ads along with other important online venue’s.

6.      Suggest and advise as to any changes that you may want to make in your property to make it saleable.

7.      Fax a features sheet to the top agents in the marketplace for   their potential buyers.

8.      Prospect 2-3 hours per day and contact at least 30 people per day looking for potential buyers.

9.      Constantly update you as to any changes in the marketplace.

10.    Contact our buyer leads, sphere of influence and past clients for their referrals and prospective buyers.

11.    Add additional exposure through professional sign and lock-box.

12.    Whenever possible pre-qualify prospective buyers.

13.    Keep you aware of the various methods of financing that a buyer might want to use.

14.    Follow-up on the salespeople who have shown your home…for their feedback and response.

15.    Represent you on all offer presentations.. to assure you in negotiating the best price possible for YOU!

16.    Handle all of the follow-up upon a contract that is being accepted.. all mortgage, title and other aspects of closing.

17.    Deliver your check at the closing!
